Canvas sent to prison. Not allowed

- - -Order FP221054****55; asks if details can be attached to back.
I sent a canvas to someone in prison, they are not allowed to have it as i could not put my name address and dob on it as required. I have sent a few photo books in they are ok as i use the back cover to add my details.
Is there any way that I could attach these details to the back of the canvas or the plastic bag it is in? The acc/order no is FP221054****55 I am upset about this as it was a Christmas present and we have been trying to sort it out at the prison but they insisted that my details needed to be on the canvas.
I hope you can sort this for me as I can't afford to keep sending things if they don't give them to him. Thank you Janet kelly

- - Order shows printing; no reprint/refund; 18 photos max; 20 days unacceptable.
EVERY single time I have ordered it has been delayed by at least five days. My order is printing In progress meaning at the moment, I am not eligible for a reprint or refund, not good! I ask for no more then simply 18 photos and do not expect to wait 20 days and for it to still not be here, absolutely unacceptable.
